Free Standard Delivery for UK Customers on Orders Over £60 (Excludes Sale Items)

We will include the option for you to collect order(s) from our Shop. When you make your order, there will be an order processing period of up to 24 hours before this will be ready for collection. When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you through your preffered method (email/telephone).

Following the receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return your order if any issues occur. If the item(s) are requested for return outside of the 14-day period, then we won't be able to process the refund. 

To be eligible for returns, you must ensure your item is in the same condition as when it was sent out, with it being unworn/unused and the tags still on. Also, you must provide the email confirmation receipt when requesting a refund.  

Refunds or Exchanges won't be given if the item has

• Smoke Odour
• Alterations
• Tan Stains
• Make Up Marks
